Through our support services, healthcare organizations receive maximum benefit and utilization from MD Logic. Our support services include both future upgrades and the installation of these upgrades by our trained support specialists.

  • Product Specialists are available to assist clients with questions regarding the MD Logic World Wide EMR. Our specialists are trained to diagnosis and service all MD Logic products and services.
  • MD Logic World Wide EMR™ software enhancements are released on a periodically scheduled basis. These updates are distributed to customers across the USA via MD Logic auto-updates™ technology. This technology is included in the MD Logic software and enables our support team to automatically release upgrades that are self downloaded, backed up, tested and installed all by the customer’s server. Automatic upgrades are installed between the hours of (1-4am) to eliminate any possible down time with upgrades.
  • An automated customer call management system is used company wide to manage customer sites, products installed and contact information. Each customer call is reported, tracked, and resolved through this system.
  • Product documentation includes system requirements, reference information, installation, upgrade, and configuration instructions, and other product-related documents.
  • MD Logic provides toll-free support services Monday – Friday (8am–7pm) Eastern Time.
