User Conference Registration
Please contact MD Logic at 800-273-7750 and request a User Conference Registration form and then fax back to MD Logic at 877-828-8736. We will schedule EMR software upgrades in the order of registrations received for the conference. We have scheduled the confernece for a full day on Friday and a half day Saturday to minimize time away from patient care. The User Conference will be critical in helping our customers transition to the new MD Logic World Wide EMR Certified Software and meeting "Meaningful Use".
